How can i return something i just don’t want ?

If you are not satisfied with any of the items you have received for any other reason, we will refund you in full for the cost of the items (but not the postage and packing) if we receive the returned items to us in the condition that they were sent, within 28 days of delivery to you. Your statutory rights are not affected either by ordering from us or by us refunding you.

All returns must be accompanied by original receipt and a written explanation on why you are returning the goods.
All merchandise must be returned in “new” condition (ie: tags intact, no wear or damage).

The cost for shipping is refunded only when the return is the result of an error on our part.

Credit card/Paypal charges are credited back to original card used. NO exceptions.

When sending items back please get a proof of postage.

What if i have recieved the wrong items ?

If items you have recieved are incorrect due to a mistake on our part you must send it back to us within 28 days in the same condition that you received them. We will then send you the correct item (if available) or refund your card for the amount of the item plus shipping charges.

What happens if the goods are damaged ?

If you are not satisfied with any of the items you have received because they are damaged, we will either refund you in full (including the postage and packing you were charged), or send you a replacement. We must receive the damaged item(s) back from you within 28 days of delivery and in the same condition that you received them. We must also receive the items back before we send replacements to you, if that’s what you’ve requested.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Apple Pay and others. 

How long does delivery take ?

Once your order has been processed and entered the postal system, delivery should take:
UK: 1-4 working day
Europe: 4-7 working days
USA / Canada: 7-14 working days
Rest of World: 7-20 working days (depending on location)

Do you deliver overseas ?

Yes we do. Simply go through the checkout process and once you have either registered your details or logged in (existing customers) the shipping charge will be updated.
